Little act of kindness

I tried getting hot water from the dispenser in the pantry today by constantly applying pressure on the springy round thing on top of the dispenser (no idea what it is called). It was taking me quite a while.
At the same time, a group of the clerks in my office were having breakfast in the pantry.
One of them suddenly came over and taught me how to dispense water automatically by unlocking and pressing on this other button instead.
When she did that, I felt a surge of warmth.
Her little act of kindness made my morning a cheerful one.
