What triggered this, you may ask?
A little trip down memory lane that began with one of the questions asked by my Development Economics lecturer, 'Why are vaccine uses under-utilised?'
And the answer that prompted my thought..
"One of the reasons being people wanting to 'see' the benefits before taking a vaccine but the 'benefits' are hard to see. People just don't get sick but there are no visible improvements in health."
